The TRIAD strategy consists of 3 CBC members meeting together anywhere and at any time. The purpose is to help each other assimilate into their lives the 7 main characteristics of a steadfast disciple, as described in the book of 1st Peter. 

Each member of a TRIAD is challenged to go and teach two other people what he or she has learned as a student in a TRIAD (2 Timothy 2:2)
